Job Title: Admin Assistant
Reports to: Headteacher
Hours Per Week: 37
Salary: Admin Support – FTE £16,160 pro rata to hours/TTO (£8.40 per hour)
Start Date: January 2020

The Local Support Board of The Fermain Academy are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to work under the direction of the Headteacher and the Trust Director of Business, to provide a welcoming, professional and effective administrative service to the school.

The school is looking for someone who has a high levels of organisation, approachability and strong ICT competence. The successful candidate will support the ethos of the school and provide a warm welcome to all, as the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and pupils.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to come in and make a meaningful contribution to a growing, ‘Outstanding academy at the centre of a newly established, but growing Multi Academy Trust. Candidates are encouraged to arrange a visit to see the school and speak to the Headteacher to discuss the role and the opportunity.
