We are very proud to have been included in the latest Parliamentary Review as a ‘best practice provider’.

It follows the school being graded as Outstanding in our most recent Ofsted inspection. The Parliamentary Review, chaired by Lord Pickles and Lord Blunkett, looks at innovative teaching techniques and how schools can adapt to meet educational needs.

Nic Brindle, CEO of the Youth Engagement Schools Trust (which The Fermain Academy is a part of) said “Following our latest Ofsted, we have now been included in the latest publication of the Parliamentary review as a best practice provider and we are truly delighted to be recognised. By placing policy discussion into the hands of large and small schools across the country, the Parliamentary review moves away from the ‘Westminister bubble’ to get to the heart of the issues that matter most to educators”.
